Privacy policy

What we collect

When you request a quote we collect your name, email, phone number and preferred contact method, along with your event details and the selections you make in the experience builder. If you share an investment range, we store that too. Partner applicants and people who use our contact form provide the details on those forms.

How we use it

• To respond to your request, prepare a quote and plan your event.
• To share the event details a local partner needs to deliver it.
• To send you the emails you ask for, such as your request summary or a saved-experience link.
• To send occasional news only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Saved experiences

If you use Save My Experience, we store your in-progress selections and your email address so we can send you a private link. We use that email only to send the link. Saved experiences are deleted after 30 days. Anyone with the link can open the saved selections, so please don't share it.

As you use the builder, your selections are also stored in your own browser so you don't lose progress. That copy stays on your device and is cleared when you send your request.

How we protect it

Your name, email and phone number are encrypted when stored. Access to customer information is limited to authorized staff through a protected, role-based system. Internal pricing and partner rates are never shared with customers.

Analytics

With your permission we use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics to understand site visits. We also record anonymous builder progress (for example, which step people reach) without any personal information, so we can improve the experience.

Sharing

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with partners delivering your event, service providers who help us operate (such as email and customer-relationship tools) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing jay@cigarrollernearme.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws.

Age

Our services are for adults 21 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
