Booking and pricing

How much does a cigar roller cost?

There is no single price. The cost depends on your guest count, hours, staffing, cigar selection, furniture and travel, so package pricing is quoted personally, while custom cigar band prices are listed in the Cigar Band Studio. Design your experience and a specialist sends a personalized written quote — nothing is booked until you approve it.

Why don't you list package prices?

Every event is different — guest count, hours, staffing, cigar selection, furniture and travel all change the cost. Instead of a package price that doesn't fit, you design your experience and receive a personalized quote. Custom cigar bands are the exception: 100 bands are $175, 150 bands $250 and 200 bands $300, listed in the Cigar Band Studio.

Is my date reserved when I send a request?

No. Sending a request doesn't book or hold anything. A specialist checks partner availability for your date, then sends a written quote. Your date is confirmed only when you approve the quote and meet any deposit terms it sets out.

How quickly will I hear back?

A specialist reviews every request personally. You'll be contacted by the method you chose; if your event is soon, mention it in special requests.

Do I have to share a budget?

No. The investment range question is optional. If you do share it, it helps your specialist recommend what fits.

Can I change my experience after I submit?

Yes. Reply to your summary email with your reference number, or tell your specialist. Nothing is final until you approve a quote.

The experience

What does a cigar roller do at an event?

A professional roller sets up a rolling station and hand-rolls premium cigars in front of your guests, from tobacco leaf to finished cigar, with time to talk tobacco.

What's the difference between the signature experiences?

They scale up: The Artisan Experience is live rolling for intimate gatherings; The Signature Cigar Bar adds an attendant and full cigar-bar service; The Executive Lounge brings furniture, lighting and a concierge; The Grand Reserve Experience is designed from scratch around your event. You can adjust any of them.

Can I build something completely custom?

Yes. Choose Build My Own Experience and select every detail — rollers, cigars, staffing, lounge, lighting, bands and branding.

What are personalized cigar bands?

Bands printed with names, a date, a logo or a short message, placed on the cigars served at your event.

Do you bring the cigars?

Yes, the cigars are part of your experience. Where local rules require a different arrangement, your specialist will explain it before you book.

What do you need from the venue?

Usually a covered area where smoking is permitted, access for setup, and sometimes a power outlet. Lounge experiences need more space and load-in time. We'll confirm specifics for your event.

Rules and safety

Who can have a cigar?

Only guests 21 and over. Our team may ask for ID and will decline to serve anyone who can't show they're of age.

Can you set up indoors?

Only where the venue and local law permit smoking. Many venues allow cigars outdoors or in designated areas only; your venue coordinator can confirm.

Do you serve every state?

Not yet. We open market by market after verifying local partners and the licensing, fulfillment, advertising, event and venue rules that apply. The Locations page lists verified areas.
